Job Description
Rat Race Cycles is a small but busy bike workshop known for our expertise and excellent customer service. We keep thousands of south Londoners' bikes running smoothly, from occasional leisure riders to regular commuters to national-level racers! We're a friendly inclusive bunch who aim to support our local community - and to reflect its diversity.

Skills/Experience Required
You'll need bike servicing experience, ideally Cytech 2 or higher.
We rely on good customer notes in our EPOS so you'll need to be literate, computer literate and have a good eye for detail.
You'll need to be good at dealing with customers from all backgrounds, with patience and kindness.
