Job Description

We are looking for an eager new member of staff to join our productive team at our busy, growing store, located on the Wirral, Merseyside. 

The successful candidate, working under the sales & workshop managers, would be required to carry out all manner of day to day sales tasks to include sales of Bikes and accessories, stock control and contacting customers.   There would also be a need for them to be able to carry out basic repairs and new bike builds. 

We are slightly flexible with the workings hours, but likely to be 4 days Mon-Fri, with some weekend (Saturday) cover required at certain times of year. NVQ/Cytech training would be provided to the correct individual.  

Skills/Experience Required

  • Passionate about bikes.
  • No previous trade knowledge is require, although a current knowledge of all aspects of cycling would be benificial.  
  • Good communication skills & a proven customer service record
  • Be able to work in a team to achieve goals
  • Good IT skills
  • Flexible working attitude
