The Company:

The cargo bike market is a fast growing segment of the UK cycling industry. London Green Cycles was established in Camden in 2013 as a Cargo bike specialist store. We have since opened the second store in Wandsworth. We’re a small team with lots of love for cargo bikes and bikes in general. We are looking for energetic, hard working experienced mechanics looking to work in Wandsworth. 

The Role:

Working in a small team, you will be a proficient bike mechanic who works with pace and precision, ensuring the deadlines are met, and the repairs are carried out to a high standard. You will have good communication skills both verbal and written, the ability to work to schedules and manage your own workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cargo, e-cargo and 'regular' bikes

• Assembling cargo and e-cargo bikes

• Communicationg with customers

The Candidate:

• Experience within a bicycle Mechanic role min 1 year (essential)

• E-assist maintenance, diagnostics and knowledge (preferred)

• Fully conversant with the complete mechanics of a bicycle (essential)

• Tech savvy, a competent user of computers

• Excellent timekeeping

• Take exceptional pride in your work with strong attention to detail

• A good communicator, as you will be expected to liaise with customers and the sales team
• 2-year checkable history

• You must be eligible to work in the UK
