Are you passionate about cycling and looking to add a unique and meaningful dimension to your role at BCHA? Do you have the skills and enthusiasm to help deliver our Urban Bike Project, an initiative designed to promote sustainability, fitness, community engagement, and the meaningful use of time for our customers?
This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your love of cycling with community-focused work, making a tangible difference in the lives of those we support. You will have the chance to develop your skills in a structured and rewarding environment, working within a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) and applying Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) principles. This ensures that all interactions with customers are empathetic, safe, and supportive, and that the project promotes positive outcomes for wellbeing and personal development.
If you’re interested, please discuss this opportunity with your line manager. Where possible, we may provide backfill for your current role to cover your absence, allowing you to take on this exciting project without disruption.
At BCHA, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all individuals is at the core of everything we do.
