Job Description
This role will comprise of the day to day managing as well as carrying out services and major repair jobs on both manual and electric bikes.
Our discerning customers require a professional high quality experience from first contact to handover and all points in-between.
If you are currently working in or have worked in the bicycle service industry as a mechanic and would like to move up to a senior roll, this position may be for you.
Cyclehouse is currently staffed by a friendly supportive team with a great reputation and there's a warm friendly atmosphere in the store.
Skills/Experience Required
Previous experience as a cycle mechanic is essential
Knowledge of Electric bike systems from Bosch, Shimano etc is beneficial
Cytech qualifications are preferred
Excellent customer service skills and attitude
