Job Description

We are a family Bike shop based In Worcester Park 11 miles from Central London 20 minutes by Train from Waterloo.

We have a reputation as an excellent workshop offering services such as

  • Shimano service centre
  • Campagnolo code service
  • Fully Sram trained by tech Centre in Windsor

We also keep up with all the latest E motor technology which includes

  • Bosch Tech
  • Shimano Steps systems

Our store is focused on keeping our customers on the road. Though we also have a great range of Bikes too. Brands include Whyte, ridgeback and Frog bikes.

Duties will include

  • Bike servicing and repairs
  • Sales of bikes and accessories
  • Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and in person
  • Keeping the shop and workshop tidy
  • Smiling and Enjoying the rich tapestry which is our customer base!

Skills/Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced bike mechanic (Cytech qualified is a bonus)

  • A positive work ethic with an enthusiastic attitude and a sense of humour
  • Be technically minded with good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills and have a genuine interest to work in the bike industry
  • A good level of literacy and numeracy
  • Good computer skills
  • A healthy and energetic attitude towards learning 
  • Happy to interact and serve customers as well as working in the workshop.
