Job Description

We Cycle is a thriving independent bike shop and service center based in Llandudno Junction, North Wales. We are the largest bicycling showroom in North Wales and support many of the top brands in the industry. We are the only Shimano Service Centre in North Wales, as well as being a Campagnolo Pro Store, a recognized Bosch, Yamaha, and FLYON e-bike Service Centre.

The role

Due to expansion and increased demand, we are looking to take on part time sales staff to work in both our Llandudno Junction store and in our new store in Llandudno. This is a busy industry to be in at the moment and it is extremely satisfying helping people find the right bike and equipment to ensure they enjoy their ride as much as possible. As well as helping customers face to face in the store, the role will also involve helping customers over the phone, fulfilling orders made over the internet, researching and finding solutions for customers, taking payments and booking repair work. To work in this industry a passion for cycling is a must as although training will be provided, it is a complex industry and you will be required to stay up to date with the latest products. This role will require weekend work.

In return we offer a friendly working environment, competitive rates of pay, staff discounts, training from a number of key brands within the industry, and the possibility to grow with the business.
