Batribike Dash on the Apprentice

Posted on 27 Jun 2013

ACT Platinum members, Batribike were delighted to have been involved in the 2013 series of The Apprentice.

Episode 7 which aired earlier this month and was based around the October Motorhome and Caravan Show at the NEC, Birmingham.

The task for The Apprentice teams was to sell different value items to showgoers over one specific day. We were especially pleased that both teams wanted to choose the Batribike Dash, they thought that its wide appeal in the leisure market would help to make them the winners.

The teams got the opportunity to quiz Batribike director Sue Coulson in an effort to show that they should be the ones to be chosen to sell the Batribike Dash electric bike on the day. The team that showed the most interest and enthusiasm for the bike was chosen.

Despite being tucked away in a corner of the show the team were able to make sales of the newly launched Dash. Their combined product sales on the day made them the winners of the week 7 task.

The winning team could clearly see the market appeal of the products that they chose and the Batribike Dash contributed to their winning combination.

The Dash was one of the key components of the programme and was also featured on the follow on programme - The Apprentice, Your Fired, hosted by Dara O'Briain.

If you are interested in becoming a Batribike dealer  please fill in the enquiry form on their website or contact 01427 787774.
