Cytech Accreditation - What's this?

Cytech is the bicycle industry's only recognised training and accreditation scheme for cycle mechanics and technicians. In fact Cytech is the only industry qualification of its kind in the world. 

Cycle shops displaying the Cytech Accredited symbol employ staff with a minimum of Cytech Technical Level Two qualification or higher.

This means staff have undergone professional training and accreditation to recognised standards, achieving a number of practical and theory tests before qualification.

Cytech courses encompass the basics of cycle mechanics right through to dealing with the most advanced and high-tech components and parts.

For customers Cytech means:

• Confidence that your new bike has been properly set-up to manufacturer's guidelines and British Standards, by a competent mechanic
