EBCO 2017 Range matures with full Computer Diagnostics on all models including TranzX

The EBCO brand, now in its 6th year has fully come of age with a comprehensive range of E-bikes from £1,299 to £3,000. Featuring industry leading motor systems from Bosch, Shimano and TranzX which are now available in an excellent mix of cycle retailers across the country from multi chains to independent and specialist e-bike stores.

For 2017 the range has been segmented into 4 distinct consumer user groups

URBAN CITY
- 4 models with price points £1,299 to £2,399
(1 front hub system from TranzX, 3 Centre Drive systems from TranzX and Bosch)

TREKKING - 3 Models with price points £1,799 to £2,999
(Centre Drive systems from TranzX, Shimano and Bosch)

URBAN SPORT - 1 model at £2,199
(Centre Drive system from Bosch)

MOUNTAIN - Compact range of hardtail and full suspension e-bikes to be launched in January 2017

New for the 2017 range, all EBCO e-bikes will have computer diagnostic capabilities, which until now have only been available on more expensive systems. ie. Bosch and Shimano. (computer diagnostic systems are used by all the major motor manufacturers) The diagnostics will be available in store for all EBCO 2017 TranzX models.

So what does this mean for the retailer? It gives the retailer the opportunity to offer comprehensive and easy to use tech support directly to the rider/consumer. This means greater interaction in store and customer support.

Introducing TranzX CAN-bus diagnostic technology (LogiX) which will be a valuable and helpful tool for workshops to diagnose issues and upgrade software easily, and allow records to be kept of their customers e-bike servicing.

All you need is a standard mini USB to USB cable and downloadable (free) TranzX software.

EBC Managing Director Paul Stanforth commented; -

"The EBCO brand is now the preferred choice of major, multiple and specialist retailers in the UK and we have calculated that the EBCO brand is available in more dealer outlets than any other brand of Electric bikes in the UK. We believe this is because of our comprehensive quality built product range, our commitment to after sales service back up, extensive dealer training and carrying stock for a quick 24-hour delivery...and now with TranzX Can-bus diagnostics our retailers have more tools to assist with customer care for bikes at a lower price point."

"The Electric bike market is gaining real momentum and we are making sure the EBCO brand is at the head of the charge!"
